واحةٌ فَيْحَاءُ بل رَوْضَةٌ غَنَّاءُ تَتَبَارَى بينَ أَفْيَائِها طَيّبَاتُ النَّسَائِم، وتَتَغَنَّى على أَفْنَانِهَا شادِيَاتُ الحَمَائِم إذْ بسَقَتْ خمائِلُ دَوْحِهَا فَهُنَّ إلى العَلْيَاء رَوَان، واتَّسَقَتْ أَزَاهيرُهَا فهي فَوَّاحَةُ الشَّذَا ولها البَهَا أَلْوَان، يُضاحِكُهَا حاجب الشَّمْسِ بأنوار العلوم والمعارف، ويسقيها مُنْهَلُّ الغَيْثِ مِنْ مُزْنِ الحِكَمِ. فإلى كل ظامئ للحق، مشغوفٍ بدُرَرِ الشريعة الغَرّاء وبُدُور أحكامها السَّمْحاء التي تشق بِبَوَارِق هُدَاها حَنَادِسَ الظَّلماء، إليه هذا المخزون الجليل الفوائد، العظيم المنافع. والله نسأل أن يجعل عملنا هذا خالصًا لوجهه الكريم، وأنْ ينفع به كُلَّ مَن أصابَ منه بسهم أو اكتحلت منه مقلته بفائدة وحُكم؛ فَرُبَّ حاملِ فِقْهٍ إلى من هو أَفْقَهُ منه، والحمد لله رَبّ العالمين.
